Go to the Find Tutor section, type your society name (e.g., "Crossing Republic" or "Gaur City"), and filter by subject and class. You'll see verified tutors who live in or near your area. Alternatively, register as a parent and our team will match you personally within 2–4 hours via WhatsApp.
Is there a free demo class?
Yes, absolutely! Every Clarasta tutor offers a free 30–45 minute demo class. This lets you and your child evaluate the tutor before committing. If you're not satisfied, we'll match you with another tutor at no cost.
How quickly will I get a match?
Most parents receive a tutor match within 2–4 hours of registering. In some areas we're able to match within 30 minutes if tutors are available. You'll receive the tutor's details directly on WhatsApp.
Can I request a specific subject or class combination?
Yes. Fill in your child's class and the subject during registration. If you need multiple subjects or want a tutor for multiple children, message us on WhatsApp — we'll find the best match for your specific needs.
What if I'm not happy with my tutor?
Just message us on WhatsApp — no questions asked. We'll find you a replacement tutor within 24 hours. Your satisfaction is our priority, and there's no penalty for switching tutors.

How do I register as a tutor?
Go to auth.html, select "I'm a Tutor", fill in your details including college, branch, subjects, and the society where you can teach. Your profile will be reviewed and verified within 24–48 hours.
What documents are needed for verification?
Just your college ID card — front side only. Send it on WhatsApp to our verification team after registering. We verify that you are an active enrolled student before making your profile visible to parents.
How much can I earn per month?
Typical earnings depend on your schedule:
• 2 students, 1 hr/day → ₹2,400–₹3,200/month
• 3 students, 1.5 hrs/day → ₹5,400–₹6,000/month
• 4+ students → ₹8,000–₹12,000/month
Rates typically range ₹250–₹400/hr depending on class level. JEE/NEET tutors earn ₹400–₹600/hr.

Zero commission. Ever. Clarasta is a free platform. Parents pay you directly on a monthly basis. We never deduct from your earnings or charge you any fees. Our revenue model does not involve taking a cut from tutors or parents.
How do parents contact me once I'm verified?
Once your profile is live, parents can see it in the tutor listings and contact you directly on your registered WhatsApp number. You'll also receive introductions from our team when we manually match you with parents who registered with specific requirements.

How long does verification take?
Typically 24–48 hours after submitting your college ID. If you submit during business hours (10 AM – 8 PM), we usually verify within 4–6 hours. You'll receive a WhatsApp confirmation once your profile is live.
What if a tutor turns out to be fake or unreliable?
Report immediately on WhatsApp. We'll remove the tutor's profile within 2 hours of a complaint. Parents' WhatsApp numbers are never shared publicly — only tutors can be contacted by parents, not the other way around.

Is it safe to allow a tutor into my home?
Clarasta tutors are college-verified BTech students from colleges like ABES Engineering, Galgotias, KIET, Sharda University, etc. All live in nearby societies — making them accountable, traceable, and local. We strongly recommend conducting the free demo class first before committing, and always meeting the tutor in a common area initially.
Is my personal information safe?
Your WhatsApp number and address are only shared with tutors you specifically choose to connect with. Parent details from registration are stored securely and never sold or shared with third parties. Tutors' WhatsApp numbers are only shown after a match is confirmed.
What colleges are Clarasta tutors from?
Our tutors come from colleges that are walking distance from Crossing Republic, Gaur City, and nearby areas, including: ABES Engineering College, Galgotias University, KIET Group of Institutions, Sharda University, GL Bajaj Institute, and Raj Kumar Goel Institute of Technology (RKGIT).
